| Purpose
of Top Tin:
The
club purposes, as established at the first meeting,
are as follows:

To
restore vintage automobiles within the refinements
of modern automobile technology
-
To
aid and assist the community and citizens
with problems that arise with everyday use
of their automobiles. Each member will
carry road equipment, such as flares or reflectors;
a fire extinguisher; and hand tools

To
aid and assist at anytime law enforcement
in the community

To
reestablish the image of street rods and their
owners
-
To
discourage any exhibits of speed and contest
of car performance on any public highway
-
To
advocate and encourage the use of accessories
pertaining to ecological and economical use
of the car
-
To
provide to the public an establishment for
persons interested in rebuilding pre-1975
automobiles
